Let us see the simple steps that mosque has to follow to set up their account. This registration has to be done by a Mosque authority who takes care of appointing the Muezzin. The registration is done using a mobile number, which is used by the mosque. After registration, the mosque authority needs to create Muezzin. They have to just enter Muezzin's name and their phone number. After creating Muezzin they can send the login user id and password to the Muezzin through the share option.
The mosque then set up the azan timing. These timing can be changed by the mosque or by the muezzin. The rest of the jamath members will be able to see these timings. If the mosque has only a few people and if they would like to use the same phone for azan they can still do that by using the azan tab.

The muezzin needs to install the OnlineAzan app on their mobile phone and then practice giving the azan. The practice tab doesn't telecast the azan however it will give the muezzin an option to play it back to see whether it is done properly. The muezzin when he starts the azan will give a countdown until the count down reaches 0 don't start the azan. It is preferable to give azan from a silent room as it is done normally. After each sentence of the azan, the OnlineAzan app will detect that and give a green indication at the bottom. This means that the particular word is telecasted to the jamath members. So in case you are not giving enough pause, please practice giving a little pause. One or two seconds of pause also would be sufficient. After practicing, the Muezzin can give the Azan in the Real Azan tab. This will be telecasted in real-time to the jamath members. So take care that the azan is given in proper time. Please note that OnlineAzan is just for giving Azan. When muezzin starts the azan another est of validation is done whether the muezzin's phone has a required internet connection. If not the azan won't start and muezzin has to enable the internet and then start the azan.
The mosque has the option to send the login user id to the jamath members. Usually, the login id of the jamath members ends with 99. The jamath members have to install the OnlineAzan app and use this login id to enter. The jamath members will have the option to choose which azan timing is to be enabled for online streaming of azan.
